Setup is part of the price on every Full Service order.
Timings
Tell us when your event starts and ends, when you want things dropped off, and when setup needs to be finished. We plan delivery and collection around that.
Delivery area
The £50 fee is flat across our usual area. For venues a long way out it may be higher, and events inside the central London congestion charge zone carry a flat additional £18. We’ll tell you in your quote before you commit.
What you’ll pay
- A 25% deposit, calculated on your invoice total, is due within 7 days of booking and secures your date.
- The balance is due 7 days before your event.
- A £50 security deposit is also taken as cover against damage. We refund it within one working day of your items being returned and checked. Larger orders can need a higher one, and we’ll confirm the amount in your quote.
- We send an invoice. You can pay by card using the link in it, or by bank transfer. Cash is accepted by agreement. We don’t take cheques.
The dirty return charge
Every Full Service invoice includes a 20% charge on the hire subtotal. It covers cleaning and resetting everything after your event, so you don’t need to wash or pack anything. Delivery isn’t included in the calculation. It’s standard, not a penalty, and it’s already in your quote.
Example: £600 of hire, plus £120 dirty return (20%), plus £50 delivery and collection comes to £770. The 25% deposit on that is £192.50.
